Cordell is a retired U.S. Marine Corps AV-8B Harrier pilot and Forward Air Controller who brings over 25 years of senior leadership experience across defense, startups, private equity-backed companies, and nonprofits.
He has led organizations through transformation, growth, and successful acquisitions, and now joins R2 to lead our U.S. operations with a sharp focus on federal market expansion.
